In our own wire bending center we manufacture all wire frames for our nets. We use CNC bending technology to process the metal. This allows us to manufacture the wire according to 3D data in large quantities ready for series production.
In this way, we can not only produce solutions for our customers in formats ready for series production, but also realize special designs in smaller quantities.
FINISHING AND
COATING.
On our CNC-controlled wire bending machines we process wire thicknesses from 2 to 6 mm diameter. We coat the formed wire bending parts according to customer requirements in our in-house sustainable plastic coating plant with black plastic coating as standard or with colored plastic coating on customer request. The coating protects the metal from external influences and blends in with the design of the surrounding interior.
Upon request, we also manufacture brass frames chrome-plated as well as weight-reducing aluminum frames anodized.
